Mile repeats

Feel pretty good today and ready for Bristol half marathon in just 9 days time. I've had two days at a business course this week and Wednesdays run was an early morning hilly 9 miles at 7:50 per mile. Yesterday evening after the course, I felt that I should really do some interval training (despite not feeling like it). So, I did 4x1 mile repeats with half mile jogs around Portishead Lake grounds and managed a superb (for me anyway) 6.08 average (6.07, 6.08, 6.09, 6.09).

Have some slight shin ache this morning (hope it comes to nothing), but really feel that next Sunday could be a real success. Wish me luck!
