Almost ready for Barcelona

It has been a pretty eventful month for me since my travels to Tromso and Spitzbergen and so my trip to Barcelona has sort of appeared on me from no-where. But, I will be flying to Barcelona tomorrow for the race on Sunday. My preparations (running wise) have been pretty good and I've even done mile repeats at 6.16 this week (which stunned even me). I'm hoping for a time of 1.32 on Sunday, so let's see how things go.
